The 2027 showguide is on its way
The full showguide and hall plan for 2027 are published in the weeks before the show, once the floor plan is finalised. Until then you can see what's on, browse who is exhibiting, and take a look at last year's guide below to get a feel for the scale of the show.

This is the 2026 plan, so you can see how the halls are laid out. Most island sites consist of 4 to 12 exhibitors. The 2027 plan, with stand numbers, will replace it nearer the show.

Talks, demonstrations and discussions take place throughout the day in the Main Arena and the Cooking Demonstration Area. The full timetable is published with the showguide, and the What's On page has everything else happening across the weekend.
